Are you a patient of the clinic?
If you have a family doctor at ODIM, please redirect to our Patient Portal platform to access your medical records, results and online appointment scheduling directly through your portal.
Don't have a family doctor at the clinic?
For a family physician, please contact the CISSS in your area. For patients in the area, please contact the West Island Québec Family Doctor Finder (GAMF) at 514-630-2225 ext. 5235.
How do I get a family doctor in Montreal?
Register directly with the Family Physician Access Window:
- Go to www.gamf.gouv.qc.ca
- Click on the “Register for the Access Desk” button
- Fill in the required fields and submit your application online
Do you have a non-emergency health problem?
Info-Santé 811 is a free and confidential telephone consultation service.
811 is the only telephone number for this service. Dialling 811 promptly puts you in contact with a nurse in case of a non-urgent health issue. However, in the event of a serious problem or emergency, it is important to dial 9-1-1 or go to the emergency room. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Anyone living in Québec can call Info-Santé 811 for themselves or a family member.

The addition of a new medical clinic in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue is not only part of the development of the land adjacent to Ste.
