Dr. Atef Michel Wasfi is a family physician with over 30 years of experience in medicine. He obtained his degree in General Medicine and Surgery (M.B.Ch.B.) from the University of Alexandria in 1981, before pursuing a research program in endocrinology at Wellesley Hospital, affiliated with the University of Toronto, from 1986 to 1991.

He completed his Family Medicine training at McGill University in 1994. He then practiced at the Rouyn-Noranda Hospital Centre from 1994 to 1998, where he worked in both the emergency department and inpatient care.

Since 1998, Dr. Wasfi has practiced family medicine in several settings, including CLSC Nouveau-Bordeaux, CLSC Rosemont, and the Cadillac Medical Clinic.
